The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC is one of the top fashion schools in the world, and they offer this major. Please check them out.

You could also try Rutgers. They have a strong arts related program, although I'm not sure if they offer your major specifically. They're strong enough in the arts that it's worth checking their website.
