I plan to get a bachelors in business and I want to go to the Fashion Institute of Technology for grad school but I'm not sure what program I can take to assist me in becoming a fashion buyer. Would global fashion management be a good match?
If you want to go to FIT, then your only option for a Master's in a field related to buying is Global Fashion Management. Unless you're also interested in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management. I just got my BFA there and I know for a fact that it is a requirement that you work a minimum of 3 years in a fashion field (in a managerial position) before you can even apply and be considered for the Master's Program.
