Parsons, the New School For Design offers fashion marketing, design & management, and product development as areas of concentration. It is very well regarded.

Fashion Institute of Technology covers not only the design, but also the merchandising, marketing and management aspects. It is also considered to be quite good in this field.

Pratt is the one that is more specifically design oriented (including fashion design), and in that field it is very strong.
