I've completed Apparel management diploma course which was conducted by German Technical Zone in year 1998-1999. Have experience in both woven and knit fabrics fr ladies/boys/girls wear and kids wear.
Not many job agencies in SIngapore accepts Foreigners unless they possess a PR status. But many firms in Singapore do take in Foreigners.

Well as a senior mechandiser, why not work in china. China is a professional supplier in apparel and fashion lines. There was a large market in China.
Remember you are doing business for yourself, but not by yourself.
