In the basest terms, what is the differance between Fashion Merchandising and Fashion Marketing/ Management?

And, which career is the most fulfilling?

i would think merchandising would be - ahh putting the merchandise on the shelf, thats usually what merchadising means. and marketing and management would involve the selling of the merchandise.
